Groton Inn
The Stage Coach Inn in Groton, Mass which dates from 1678 is one of the sites that has been heavily investigated by the Granny and Fred at Worcester Paranormal.
Reports of hauntings include rooms being found torn apart after being cleaned. Dishes found stacked in pyramids after the Inn has been closed and empty for the night. There are reports of Indian war cries and lights and music turning on by themselves.
Room 10 is reported to be a particularly haunted room with guests checking out in the middle of the night after being shaken awake by an unseen hand.
There are also reports of apparitions of a"Grey Lady" and a"Civil War Soldier" seen in the Inn.

We believe after background research that a likely candidate for the "Grey Lady" could be one of the daughters of J. Nelson Hoar whose family owned and ran the Inn for the better part of the 1800's. The sisters sold the Inn in 1901 and moved to Lancaster where they lived out their lives. Some of their personal belongings can be seen at the Historical Society in Groton.
